Saigon Sisters got its start right here, inside the Chicago French Market at 131 N. Clinton Street. This is where Mama Suu once stood at her Pho station, serving banh mis, spring rolls, pho and baos to market goers and commuters passing through the West Loop, long before the restaurant on Lake Street ever existed. It's the spot where this family's love of Vietnamese cooking first found a home in Chicago, and it still carries that same spirit today.
You can find us inside the market Monday through Friday from 10am to 5pm, and Saturday from 10am to 4pm, serving the same recipes that built this family's reputation one bowl at a time.
